Welcome to Karnataka Rakshana Vedike Gajasene Seva Trust (“the Trust”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Refund Policy governs payments made through our website, mobile application, or any online payment gateway, including Razorpay.
1. Membership Fees
Membership registration fees paid to the Trust are generally non-refundable, as they are used to process membership applications, administrative activities, and organizational operations.
If a payment has been deducted multiple times due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
2. Donations
All donations made to Karnataka Rakshana Vedike Gajasene Seva Trust are voluntary and are non-refundable.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.
3. Event Registration Fees
If the Trust organizes seminars, cultural programs, awareness campaigns, or training events that require registration fees:
Cancellation requests made before the announced deadline may be eligible for a refund, if specified for that event.
No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline or after the event has commenced.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
